This isn’t a one-size-fits-all approach to managing money. My coaching is flexible and intuitive, adjusting to your pace and priorities. Whether you’re tackling personal finances, business planning, or both, we’ll focus on progress, not perfection. I’m not a believer in all of the budget rules out there. YOU are an individual, and your budget should be too!
Some clients move faster; others take their time. The key is forward movement—however, that looks for you.
First, we’ll hop on a free call to see if we’re the right fit for each other. This is important because I want to make sure you feel comfortable and confident working with me before you make a commitment. We’ll talk about your goals, challenges, and what you’re looking for in coaching.
If we both agree it’s a good fit, we’ll move forward to explore coaching options.
I currently offer two coaching packages:
6-Month Coaching Program: 699* CAD/Month
9-Month Coaching Program: 599* CAD/Month

We’ll start with a deep dive in Month 1. This includes:
A 2-hour session to create your personalized financial plan.
Designing customized systems for your money that align with your ADHD brain and set you up for success.
To get the most out of this session, you’ll share details about your income, expenses, and debts with me ahead of time in a file that we will use throughout our time together.
If you’re an entrepreneur, we’ll also factor in your business finances.
After the foundational session, we’ll shift gears:
Months 2-5: Two 1-hour sessions per month to build momentum and tackle your goals.
Month 6+ (and longer-term options): One 1-hour session per month to sustain progress and refine systems as needed.
There are also options to continue beyond your coaching program if you want to work together further.

There’s some prep work before we meet in month 1. I request that you share it with me 48 hours before our first session.
Payment for month 1 is due when you book your first coaching session. Subsequent months are due on the 15th of each month.
All sessions are virtual and held over Zoom.
